Where Grenada VIP assists in arranging third-party services, such services are not owned, operated, or controlled by Grenada VIP Ltd.

Grenada VIP acts solely as an arranging agent and shall not be held liable for the acts, omissions, performance, safety, or service quality of any third-party provider. Any disputes or claims relating to third-party services must be taken up directly with the relevant provider.

All guests agree to the following:

Grenada VIP reserves the right to terminate a service immediately without refund where guest behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.


8. VEHICLE SAFETY & DASHCAM RECORDING

All Grenada VIP vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior dash cameras for the safety and security of both passengers and drivers.

By entering a Grenada VIP vehicle or confirming a booking, clients and passengers expressly consent to video and audio recording. Footage may be retained securely and used only where necessary for safety, insurance, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Grenada VIP shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, or emergencies.


11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Grenada VIP may capture photographs or video content of vehicles or experiences for marketing purposes. Client privacy and discretion are respected at all times.

Clients may opt out of marketing usage by notifying Grenada VIP in writing prior to service delivery.


12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada, and the courts of Grenada shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a booking, entering a Grenada VIP vehicle, or using our services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
