TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Grenada VIP Ltd (“Grenada VIP”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, entering our vehicles, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. SERVICES COVERED
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Grenada VIP, including but not limited to:
- Private chauffeur services
- Airport transfers
- Half-day and full-day island tours
- Private hire for weddings, events, and special occasions
- Concierge services and bespoke itinerary planning
- Coordination of third-party services including boats, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and experiences
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where Grenada VIP assists in arranging third-party services, such services are not owned, operated, or controlled by Grenada VIP Ltd.
Grenada VIP acts solely as an arranging agent and shall not be held liable for the acts, omissions, performance, safety, or service quality of any third-party provider. Any disputes or claims relating to third-party services must be taken up directly with the relevant provider.
4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
- Full payment is required in advance to confirm all bookings.
- Payments are made via secure payment link and may be settled by credit or debit card.
- No booking is considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
- Prices quoted are based on the details provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if requirements change.
5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING
Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Non-refundable
- Cancellations within 3 days of the booking date: 50% refund
- Cancellations outside of these periods: At Grenada VIP’s discretion
Weather-Related Adjustments:
- Certain tours and experiences are weather-dependent.
- Where weather impacts a service, Grenada VIP will, where possible:
- Offer a suitable alternative experience, or
- Provide a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis
Rescheduling:
- Bookings are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
Flight & Cruise Delays:
- Clients are responsible for advising Grenada VIP of any flight or cruise delays, changes, or cancellations as soon as possible.
- Grenada VIP will monitor flights where applicable and act reasonably; however, we cannot guarantee accommodation of all delays.
6. WAITING TIME & OVERTIME
- One (1) hour of waiting time is included for airport pickups.
- Additional waiting time is charged at USD $50 per hour, or part thereof.
- Excessive delays may result in cancellation without refund if the service can no longer be reasonably fulfilled.
7. CLIENT & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
All guests agree to the following:
- No smoking or vaping inside vehicles
- No illegal substances permitted at any time
- Respectful behaviour toward drivers, staff, and property
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times
- Clients are fully responsible for any damage, soiling, or excessive cleaning required due to guest actions
Grenada VIP reserves the right to terminate a service immediately without refund where guest behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
8. VEHICLE SAFETY & DASHCAM RECORDING
All Grenada VIP vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior dash cameras for the safety and security of both passengers and drivers.
By entering a Grenada VIP vehicle or confirming a booking, clients and passengers expressly consent to video and audio recording. Footage may be retained securely and used only where necessary for safety, insurance, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- Grenada VIP shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client at all times.
- Grenada VIP’s total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the service booked.
- No guarantees are made regarding specific routes, timings, or conditions beyond reasonable professional care.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Grenada VIP shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, or emergencies.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Grenada VIP may capture photographs or video content of vehicles or experiences for marketing purposes. Client privacy and discretion are respected at all times.
Clients may opt out of marketing usage by notifying Grenada VIP in writing prior to service delivery.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada, and the courts of Grenada shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By making a booking, entering a Grenada VIP vehicle, or using our services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
